|October 8, 2014||Dear Home office
I work for Chef Shuttle and picked up my customer's order from the Bartender, I went to our clients address and the box which should have contained a stuffed mushroom with it was empty, just lettuce. I returned to Your Restaurant on Chenal in Little Rock AR and asked to speak with a manager. The young boy said that she was probably in the back beating a small child. I thought that he was joking until I met her .Another employee that I worked with for three years said that she was evil! I greeted her and said Hi, my name is Monique Guillory and I work for Chef Shuttle and shook her hand, I was very upset but VERY professional by shaking her hand, I told her that My client was missing her mushroom. We went over to the bar and she put the bartender on the spot in front of me and her two bar drinkers, Of course she SAID t the mushroom was in there but the customer did not see it, Our client asked me to take the empty container to your establishment to show them that there were no remnants of a mushroom; I would never do that, they would have an extra mushroom in the kitchen which I am sure there was, ask your Kitchen! She accused me of being a liar so I said I am calling my boss right now! She said great I would love to speak with him. I told him there was no mushroom at the Clients house and he said that he would handle it so I walked away to let him do so and sat on the take out bench. She approached me and accused me of being EXTREMELY abrasive and wanted an apology. I said you need to speak with my manager and not speak to me at all until you have our clients mushroom. She threw me out of the restaurant. I called my boss again. 20 minutes she came out to my car so I rolled down the window. she tossed the mushroom into mp lap and asked me to leave. Chef Shuttle is not Serve Safe Certified so all restaurants are required to open every box to inspect the food. She snatched the bag and showed me the mushroom which turned out to be ice cold because it sat in the kitchen for a half hour.then threw it at me again. When I made it to the customer she said that she had spoken to Lindsey and she will never use Chef Shuttle again. It was Mellow Mushroom's mistake and Lindsay blamed it all My Company to keep her as your customer. She later lied to my employers and I am sure what story she told them but the bartender and the two servers that think she is awful witnessed my professional behavior. Later she called Chef Shuttle and misrepresented the whole fiasco and maintained that I was the unprofessional one. I have sent my Character references to my company and I have over a hundred who can testify to my HONESTY and integrity, Something needs to be done to rectify how badly I was treated. I am interviewed very often with my Volunteer Work in the community and I am happy to call my media contacts, whom I know very well, with the Client of ours to attest to the horrible way people are treated in your restaurant. I will give you guys two weeks to receive and apology given to my company about how she handled this or you will see me on Fox 15 Channel 4,5 and KARK. They would be happy to cover this story for me and you will lose your business. Please ask Lindsay to just own up to her unprofessionalism to my employer and our Client and I will drop my certain threat to destroy your Little Rock Location. Thank you for your time. Please get back to me soon for she has bashed my employer to a client and bashed me to my employer. She needs to come clean and tell the truth. But most of all never call a customer, my client, a liar!

|August 3, 2014||I went to the mellow mushroom in Montgomery Alabama and it was the worst experience I have had. I saw management belittling their staff, employees standing around on their phone, and no one came and made sure we were taking care of. I will not be returning there again. I feel like with the prices you are charging I should be treated courteously. I hope that their attitude changes and soon because you will loose alot of customers like that.|| ★☆☆☆☆ Poor
I am in Athens GA with my wife on a business trip. We went into MM last night for a local beer and a pizza. The nice young waitress asked for my ID. I just turned 59. I had mine, my wife did not as she did not want to carry her purse. No ID, no beer. My wife is 58. I decided not to make a scene and ask for the manager. Instead we left, walked a half of block and went to a locally owned pizza place. No ID? No worry. Mellow Mushroom, I have never been carded before in any of your restaurants. You just lost two customers last night. Cannot wait to post on Yelp! There are lots of other choices in Athens. MM grow up and start to provide real customer service.
